1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Ethio EV Spare mobile application or web platform (https://adonaeltrading.com/), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the platform.
2. 100% Genuine EV Part Guarantee
All spare parts listed on Ethio EV Spare are certified OEM components sourced from authorized manufacturers and verified distributors. While our smart compatibility engine evaluates VIN and EV models (BYD, Tesla, VW ID, etc.), buyers are advised to confirm OEM part numbers before purchasing.
3. Order Fulfillment & Priority Delivery
Orders are dispatched via Ethio EV Spare priority courier dispatch across Addis Ababa and regional logistics hubs in Ethiopia. Real-time push notifications and delivery tracking updates are provided for every active shipment.
